Our exciting route enables us to explore some of the hidden gems our unique tour has to offer.
We enter North Africa at Tangier on Morocco's Mediterranean coastline and ride down the Atlantic Coast to visit Casablanca and Marrakech then south over the High Atlas Mountains along the high plains to the famous Todra Gorge.
Our route out of Africa takes us north through the very heart of the High Atlas following some of the ancient Trade routes leading to Tombouctou. We pass through Berber villages and witness a way of life unchanged for centuries as we ride over the highest and most spectacular passes in the High Atlas Mountains. We continue north through the Middle Atlas Mountains and ride up the Atlantic Coast out of Africa.

FAQ
FAQs

Yes. Our Morocco Road tour is a great adventure for both rider and pillion.
What are the Passport / Visa Requirements?
For Travel to Morocco or through Spain, you do not need a visa (British, EU, USA, Canada) however please check with entry requirements based on your citizenship. You must have a valid passport with an expiry date of no less than 6 months from your date of entry.
What Documents do I Need?
You will need your full motor cycle driving license, an International Driving License (IDL) is highly recommended, valid passport, travel insurance documents. It is entirely your responsibility to bring with you all of these documents. A comprehensive document list is sent to you on booking.
What happens at the Moroccan Border?
We take care of all your border formalities including temporary importation of your motorcycle. Just sit back and enjoy 'the show'.
Will my travel insurance cover me for motorcycle travel in Morocco?
Please ensure your travel insurance is valid for travel on a motorcycle greater than 125cc and covers the geographical region of Morocco.
Do we ride as a group?
We do not ride in a convoy but rather in small groups with each group establishing their own pace and style of riding. You may ride alone, in small groups, or decide to ride with the guide.
How much experience is required?
Experience in touring abroad is not essential but recommended. However your guide will ensure that you are given the correct advice and care. It is essential that you are comfortable riding your motorcycle and that you ride your own style and pace – we’ll take care of the rest.
What distances do we cover each day and do we have rest days?
Please see specific tour details. Our routes are designed and mileage calculated to accommodate terrain, climate, temperature, and points of interest. Adequate time is provided to relax and even enjoy some Moroccan retail therapy.
Will my motorcycle be secure at night?
All our accommodations are selected with motorcycle security in mind.
What happens if my motorcycle breaks down?
Your motorbike hire includes breakdown assistance in Spain.
However we cannot rely on similar assistance in Morocco. Wildcat Adventures in association with our Moroccan agent would endeavour to arrange recovery of motorcycle and rider (pillion) to the nearest garage in Morocco for motorcycle repair. If necessary we will assist in the recovery of motorcycle and rider (pillion) to the ferry at Tangier. In the unlikely event that these services become necessary in Morocco the client would be responsible for all recovery/repair and associated costs incurred including accommodation, meals, telephone charges, etc.
Is this tour run by Wildcat Adventures?
Absolutely! All our tours are organised and led by John & Brigitte of Wildcat Adventures - we do not subcontract ANY of our tours!
