Before you book on your next holiday - Here are a few questions you should ask yourself and the operator.
Does the Tour Operator have PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Wildcat Adventures has public liability cover.
Does the Tour Operator have PAYMENT PROTECTION ?
All eligible payments paid in advance are meant to be held in special trust account in accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. This is a legal requirement for all companies operating in the UK / EU. If you book directly with companies that are outside this region, you do not get this protection.
When you book a holiday with WILDCAT ADVENTURES - all eligible payments are held in special trust account in accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
What Experience does the Leader have? Has the route been fully researched and ridden personally by the Leader before offering it as a tour?
All our tours are thoroughly researched and the countries are personally visited by John Fulton and Brigitte Lucas
before they are offered to our valuable customers. We never rely on 3rd party information when researching a tour nor do we contract out our tours.
We are proud to boast that we maintain the highest standard of Safety, Quality & Attention to Detail by always Organising and Leading all our Tours - All our tours are Wildcat Adventures' Tours - we do not subcontract our tours.

I wish to join a tour in a 3rd world country but I do not speak the language - what INFRASTRUCTURE is in place in the event of a problem or major incident?
Before offering any tour in a 3rd world country or in remote areas we first set up an infrastructure to enable us to handle all situations in the event of an emergency.
For example we have an excellent working relationship with our Moroccan agent whom we have worked with since 1985 to provide assistance and support in the event of an emergency, supply emergency support vehicles and drivers for our tour groups when necessary.
When things go wrong in a third world country they can go very wrong very fast! We have all the infrastructure in place, and experience to handle all situations before they become a crisis.
